After five transformative years at 100X.VC, Shashank Randev has decided to leave the early-stage venture capital firm, marking a pivotal shift in his professional journey. During his tenure, Randev was instrumental in investing $20 million across 180 startups, extending support to over 400 founders and impacting more than 4,000 jobs. His work at 100X.VC spanned investments in companies such as Vodex.ai, Kerala Banana Chips, Accio Robotics, and abCoffee. Reflecting on his experience, he described it as a "masterclass in innovation and resilience," highlighting the firm’s journey in establishing itself as a leading seed fund through partnerships with investors, mentors, and industry experts.
Founded in 2019 alongside Sanjay Mehta, 100X.VC continues to make strides in early-stage investing, building a robust portfolio of tech and innovation-driven startups.
