 Startup GreyLabs AI raised USD 1.5 million in funding. It plans to use the funds to enhance their product and expand their customer base. The company, founded in 2023, focuses on improving sales agent productivity and streamlining audit processes through automation.

GreyLabs AI supports multiple languages like English, Hindi, and Hinglish and is working on adding more. It also plan to expand their services to global markets in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company's speech analytics system leverages AI and speech recognition to extract valuable insights from unstructured data, particularly in regulated industries like banks and financial services. 

The funding round was led by Matrix Partners India, with participation from other notable founders and investors.
