Nazara Technologies' subsidiary, Datawrkz, has successfully acquired a 100 per cent stake in the United Kingdom based growth marketing agency Space and Time for approximately Rs 52.3 crore (USD 6.2 million) in cash and stock. This acquisition is part of Datawrkz’s strategy to strengthen its foothold in the global digital advertising market.
The merger combines Space & Time’s expertise in growth marketing, media, and technology with Datawrkz’s programmatic advertising capabilities. This synergy aims to deliver advanced digital advertising solutions, enhancing reach and impact particularly in European and UK markets. Moreover, Space and Time will leverage Datawrkz’s technology to create more efficient campaigns, unlocking new growth opportunities across Europe and North America.
