Orange Health Raises $12 Mn In Funding Led By Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund

The diagnostics platform, which provides at-home sample collection, plans to expand its product offerings, strengthen its team, and drive innovation with the new funding

Orange Health Labs, an innovative diagnostics and healthcare platform, has successfully raised USD 12 million in its latest funding round, led by Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund. Existing investors, including Accel, General Catalyst, Bertelsmann India Investments, and Y Combinator, also contributed to the round.

This new funding builds on the company's previous rounds, including a USD 25 million Series B funding in June 2022. With a total of USD 47 million raised to date, Orange Health aims to leverage the fresh capital to accelerate product expansion, enhance its team, and drive further innovation in diagnostics.

Founded in December 2020 by Dhruv Gupta and Tarun Bhambra, Orange Health is an on-demand diagnostic service that provides home sample collection in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. The company has served over 1 million customers and currently operates six labs while partnering with more than 1,000 clinics.

Orange Health has witnessed impressive growth, claiming a 3x increase in business over the past two years and targeting 100% growth this year. Recently, the company crossed an annual revenue run rate of Rs 100 crore and achieved profitability in Bengaluru.

In addition to the funding, Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund, which focuses on supporting Indian startups, continues its strategic investments in firms like Orange Health, The Good Glamm Group, and M1xchange.

As the company looks to further scale its operations, the latest investment will support its mission to provide accessible, innovative diagnostic services to a larger customer base across India.
