Hyderabad, August 27th, 2020: VOGO, a tech-enabled, self-ride two-wheeler rental service, has announced that it has recovered 40% of the Pre-COVID revenues in Hyderabad since the resumption of its services post lockdown, and intends to be back on the growth trajectory by the end of 2020. The company is also planning to introduce EV fleets to provide sustainable mobility solutions to daily commuters in the city.
The company started its operations in Hyderabad in 2017 with 10 employees and 100 bikes in 7 clusters. The company has grown exponentially in past 3 years and today has presence in over 100 zones with 3000 two-wheelers onboard at present. VOGO, which currently has over 100 employees in Hyderabad, has served over 3 lakh riders. The mobility solution provider has witnessed strong month on month recovery post-lockdown and is expecting 25% monthly growth in August 2020.

Additionally, to ensure that customers enjoy a safe ride, the company maintains a 4-step sanitization process (including anti-microbial scrub) for all scooters. Alongside this the company is also offering sanitization kits to their customers which is inclusive of hand sanitizer, gloves, solutions to sanitize the bike and a cleaning cloth. People will also be able to extend/renew the bike rental service online itself. To support commuters futher with first and last mile connectivity, VOGO has also partnered with L&T, HMRL for metro connectivity.
