Fashion Ecom Platform Myntra Integrates ChatGPT Powered Search Tool
Myntra, a fashion ecommerce site owned by the Flipkart group, has unveiled MyFashionGPT, a new search tool powered by ChatGPT.
According to the company, the unique function intends to improve its consumers' purchasing experiences, improve product discovery, and increase app engagement.
On Wednesday, the company said, “MyFashion GPT will enable shoppers to search for specific outfits by typing text in a manner that closely resembles natural speech. Based on the nature of the query, customers will be shown six options, including products across multiple categories from top wear, bottom wear, footwear, accessories to makeup."
Recently, it launched MyStylist, an artificial intelligence-based stylist expert on its platform that would assist users with styling suggestions and vernacular search in 11 languages.
