Corporate environment today demands companies to have equal representation from all spheres of life and genders. While it is undoubtedly humane to do so keeping with the current trends, it also provides companies with an X-factor, which makes them stand out as an employer that works actively to keep its employees happy.  

Happier employees equate to a happy company, which turbo-charge the outcomes at workplaces today. This is a true X-factor that’s driving the debate around enabling inclusion across genders and having diversity in the workforce.
