InsuranceDekho, a leading insurtech platform incubated within the CarDekho Group, has disclosed a series of strategic leadership appointments across key functions, including business strategy, finance, and analytics. These moves are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and drive its long-term growth ambitions.
Navneet Bhatt has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer for the new business, overseeing key areas such as Managing General Agent (MGA), reinsurance, and actuarial analytics. Bhatt brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously held senior positions at Takaful Oman Insurance, Tata AIG, and Royal Sundaram Alliance.
Vivek Aggarwal joins as Vice President - Head of Finance. With over 23 years of experience across various sectors, including information technology and the internet, Vivek has worked with leading organizations such as HCL, Genpact, Airtel, and Info Edge, and will now lead InsuranceDekho’s financial operations and strategic growth initiatives.
In addition, Aman Batra has been elevated to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Aman, who has been with InsuranceDekho for over four years, has deep expertise in business strategy, corporate development, and data analytics. His elevation reflects his significant contributions to the company’s strategic direction.
These appointments come on the heels of InsuranceDekho’s ongoing hiring expansion, underscoring the company’s commitment to building a robust leadership team as it scales its operations and enhances its product offerings.
Founded as part of the CarDekho Group, an auto-tech unicorn that is soon to go public, InsuranceDekho enables consumers to compare and purchase insurance policies tailored to their needs. The platform currently partners with 49 insurance companies, offering over 670 insurance plans to customers.
