Event tech startup Ticket9 has secured an undisclosed amount of funding from South India’s leading actress, Nayanthara, and renowned director Vignesh Shivan.
Having already raised USD 200K in their pre-seed round from notable investors, Ticket9 plans to leverage the latest investment to further strengthen its technological infrastructure and expand its market reach.
The partnership is expected to propel Ticket9’s visibility, accelerate its growth in key markets, and position it as a leader in the event tech and entertainment industry in India and beyond. Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s involvement is seen as a strategic move to capitalize on their brand value, giving Ticket9 a competitive edge in the entertainment and event management space.
