It was a business meet that brought together Mr. Parvesh Singh, Mr. Sandeep Nehra and Mr. Rohit Malhotra together. These were creative and restless minds from very different industries but when a unique business idea clicked their respective specialties came to the fore and thus was born a culinary experience which was, though not new to the market, but had a very different approach to the age old practices of Grilling.
A Grill Company (product of Alphabites Restroo Pvt ltd) was founded in August 2016. Mr Rohit Malhotra, who is an experienced restaurateur came together with Mr. Parvesh Singh, who has a background in digital & allied media marketing and Mr. Sandeep Nehra, who is an accomplished provider of various customer services to shape the future of Grilling as a leisure art of high life.
The grills at A grill Company are very well complimented with intermittent molecular dishes which came as a pleasant surprises to the normal fare on skewers. The chefs pay specific attention to the little things which matter most such as the freshness of a spread and the flavors. The molecular dishes such palak patta chaat, dahi vada sundae are designed to delight and dazzle the guests and the ambiance of the restaurant remains quirky yet minimalist, so as not to overpower the whole food scheme.
The founders were faced with the challenge of improving the grill as it existed in the city. Pointing out customer preferences and choosing the apt location to cut out immediate competitors was also pondered upon.
Since, the restaurant serves both veg & non-veg spreads, the customer base automatically expands, but, to target maximum patrons, a competitive pricing policy was set in place. Delhi as a city and Noida, particularly as market, threw open gates to experimentative and demanding customers who constantly give A Grill Company a thrust to outperform its predecessors. Therefore, our opportunities remain ever expanding.
A Grill company will be coming up with three more outlets in Ludhiana, Delhi and Jaipur this financial year. The modus operandi would primarily be the Franchisee model as standardisation of food and services are the core strengths of such models which is a food driven concept. Our marketing strategies will be centred around this. Alphabites is already tying up with various business houses to take the concept to masses.
