Delhivery Achieves Consecutive Quarterly Profit With 13% Revenue Growth In Q2 FY25

Delhivery’s CEO, Sahil Barua, reportedly emphasised that the seasonal preparations have positioned the company well to handle the increased logistics requirements during this period

As per media reports, logistics giant Delhivery has reported a net profit of Rs 10.3 crore in the second quarter of FY25, marking its second straight profitable quarter.

This achievement comes as Delhivery prepares for a surge in demand fueled by the festive season, which typically drives up e-commerce activity—a key revenue contributor for the company. This is a turnaround from the same quarter last year, when the company posted a net loss of Rs 103 crore.

According to media reports, Delhivery’s operating revenue rose by 13 percent, from Rs 1,941.7 crore in Q2 FY24 to Rs 2,189.7 crore in Q2 FY25. This growth follows its Q1 FY25 performance, where Delhivery generated Rs 2,172 crore in revenue and posted a net profit of Rs 54 crore, signaling a return to profitability.

Media sources indicate that Delhivery’s strong Q2 performance was supported by steady volume growth and capacity expansions toward the end of the quarter, specifically targeting the high-demand festive season. Delhivery’s CEO, Sahil Barua, reportedly emphasised that the seasonal preparations have positioned the company well to handle the increased logistics requirements during this period.

Furthermore, as per media reports, the company’s pipeline remains robust in its Supply Chain Services segment, with ongoing projects across industries including electronics, FMCG, e-commerce, and automotive.

The festive season is a particularly critical time for Delhivery, given the sharp rise in logistics demand driven by increased ecommerce activity, which boosts daily shipping volumes significantly during this peak period.
