PM Modi inaugurated PM Kisan Samman Sammelan 2022 at Indian Agricultural Research Institute in New Delhi on 17 October 2022. The Prime Minister also inaugurated the Agri Startup Conclave and Exhibition.
Furthermore, He also launched Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Urvarak Pariyojana - One Nation One Fertiliser and released the 12th instalment amount of Rs. 16,000 crores under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) through Direct Benefit Transfer.
At the Kissan Sammelan, another important aspect was the exhibition of Agriculture startups. The Prime Minister also inspected the products on display in the Startup Exhibition. There were different types of startups in the exhibition from heavy machines to fintech and from soil testing to manufactured products.
While Inspecting the different startup stalls in the exhibition, Two of them at which the Prime Minister stayed for a few minutes were from the category of Agri-Tech namely Marut Drones and Marsh Harrier. Marut Drones a drone manufacturer based in Hyderabad, started by spraying mosquito repellent to eradicate Malaria and Dengue and then enter into providing an agriculture solution by establishing an SOP for agriculture.

We could demonstrate to PM Modi Ji and It opened up new modes and means of cooperation and collaboration at different levels. MarshHarrier is a company that provides grading and sorting solutions for fruits and vegetables. They have also worked with various state governments like Haryana and Punjab. The Grading Parameters for the machine are size, weight, colour, shape and internal defects. It is an Indigenous design and technology that comes with need-based automation.

In the event Further, an e-magazine called 'Indian Edge was launched. It will provide information on domestic and international fertiliser scenarios, including recent developments, price trend analysis, availability and consumption, and success stories of farmers, among others.
