Alibaba eCommerce Partners with CommGate to Serve its ASEAN SMEs with CommGate Cloud Solutions

Singapore-based enterprise software solutions provider CommGate has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Alibaba eCommerce and Alibaba Cloud, the international business and cloud computing arms of eCommerce giant Alibaba Group.

Through this partnership, Alibaba eCommerce merchants will have special privileges to subscribe to CommGate’s suite of integrated CloudERP solutions including Inventory Management, CRM, Invoicing, Point-of-Sale and Real-time Analytics to enhance productivity and scale their eCommerce and retail businesses.

Marcus Chow, CEO of Marx B, an exclusive men’s shoe retailer and CommGate customer, commented: “With CommGate’s CloudPOS, we increased productivity and sales within one year as we were able to minimize stockouts through the inventory management system.
