Capgemini has finalised its acquisition of Syniti, an enterprise data management firm, after meeting all regulatory requirements. The addition of Syniti’s 1,200 data experts will strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities in large-scale SAP transformations, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Syniti focuses on data quality, migration, and governance for industries like life sciences, aerospace, manufacturing, and retail. Its Syniti Knowledge Platform, a cloud-based data management solution, is an SAP Endorsed Application supporting ERP migrations, cloud transitions, and compliance efforts.
