Futwork Bags Rs 21 Cr In Funding Round Led By Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Artha Venture Fund

The funds will be used for scaling the product and launching AI-driven solutions to offer full-stack customer communication

Sales outreach platform Futwork raised Rs 21 crore in a funding round led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and Artha Venture Fund. The round also saw participation from D2C Insider Angels and Tracxn founder Abhishek Goyal, as per media reports.

The money will go into foreign market expansion, product scaling, and the introduction of AI-powered solutions that will provide full-stack customer communication via email, chat, phone, and WhatsApp, as per media reports.

Futwork (previously Frapp), which was founded in 2020 by Armaan Vananchal, Niranjan Nakhate, and Sri Ganapathy, assists companies in setting up and growing their outbound calling teams without requiring upfront payments. Numerous telecalling features, including product demos, session reservations, and gathering client feedback, are supported by the platform.

Futwork serves customers in several industries, such as e-commerce; banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), and ed-tech. Together with bigger businesses like Flipkart and DTDC, the company collaborates with well-known startups like Purplle, BharatPe, and Stage.

Before Unidays' acquisition, the original team operated an ed-tech company named Studentidentify, which was eventually bought by the UK-based student network.
