Get Wedding Ready With Amila

With the intention of helping bride to be wedding ready, Amila, is a Finishing lounge exclusively for women which is established with a purpose of empowering womanhood in India by polishing their power to be a true lady. Just like another material preparation for a wedding Amila's life management program must be treated as a must learn course before getting married. As young girls usually go through innumerable teenage issues and dilemmas in life. Amila hope to make a difference in their lives by guiding them through.

Based out of Gurgaon, Amila was launched in Feb 2016 by Gunjan Agnihotri, who is experienced Holistic coach and MBA graduate from MDI Singapore. Amila is a result of her unprecedented love and sheer respect for Womanhood. She took the world as a classroom and kept on gaining practical experiences by observing on whatever she saw, experienced, heard and felt. Amila’s target audience is home makers, bride to be, teenagers and working women.

This will be a 6 weeks intensive program. Kitchen management course will be taught by celebrity chef Neeta Mehta. And make-up and hairstyling will be taught by celebrity stylist Anshita Jain Sehgal. A woman can take an integrated package or she can choose any course according to her choice and needs.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Seeing newly wedded brides and women struggling through the home chores, professional and personal lives instigated Ms. Gunjan Agnihotri to start a finishing lounge to prepare women wedding ready and make them feel accomplished in every possible job they do. The very idea of a finishing school hails from Switzerland and has always belonged to the royalty. Keeping today’s evolved Indian women in mind; Amila trains women to face each and every difficulty in life before and after getting married.

Amila is currently bootstrapped and the whole concept of Amila is very unique as there are no such schools in India which provide this many courses under one roof. We also have a specialised arrangement for classes at home. And we help our students lifelong by connecting them to our faculty members.

Amila considers itself lucky to experience a remarkable growth in just five months from the launch! We are very grateful for the phenomenal response in just these 150 days, we are also getting queries from outside Delhi. Our primary target market is Young girls and brides to-be. The female population between the age of 18-35yrs is 65,000/- in Delhi NCR approximately only. Hence we have lot of opportunity to grow and with right marketing and execution strategy. The only challenge is there is a need to educate or inform consumers before the sales point.

FUTURE PLANS

Currently we are depending on digital marketing and planning to do business tie ups fashion designers, wedding planners, wedding photographers etc. Our primary target market is Young girls and brides to-be. The female population between the age of 18-35yrs is 65,000/- in Delhi NCR approximately only. Hence we have lot of opportunity to grow and with right marketing and execution strategy. Currently, operating in Delhi-NCR, Amila envisions taking its position as a nationwide brand by opening more such institutes in other parts of country. Also Amila will open a call centre to address women day to day issues.
