The co-founders of the firm are film- actor Anil Kapoor, Neel Grover, Divyansh Bajpai and Shikha Uberoi.

What pushed you to collaborate with Real Deal on NDTV with Indi.com?Indi.com is backing the reality show Real Deal, and we have collaborated with each other to gain partnership with several music groups, casting directors and the like. People such as Roshmi Banerjee – hosts the online auditions. Music companies like EMI Records India are also connected with us, which bring in judges like Mohit Suri to the platform.
Ranging from a broad array of genres from acting, singing, retail brands, entrepreneurs, fashion, and modeling at present, we are excited about a lot more that will come. Earning prizes and investment drives the people to pick up the contests and participate.
How did a tennis–star become an entrepreneur?I am 33 right now, I still believe that the best is yet to come. Swearing by the idea that we have one and only one life, I want to outlive my passion for everything that I ever wished to do. After being the No.1 athlete in Indian Tennis and a silver-medalist at Doha (’06), I learned Anthropology at Princeton. All of it together made me realize that I wanted to promote sports and an overall social change.
Turning to the path of entrepreneurship, I went on to learn the concept of for-profit social enterprises. Post that I launched a media and lifestyle company, SDU Seva Inc. in 2013, which is currently producing content international social issues for television shows.
Managing Marketing OutreachIn times of the online social networks and online channels the platform is being with paid marketing and proprietary algorithm. As we provide solutions for brands can host challenges and attract original content, promotion is not a problem.
