Load 24x7 Connects Goods Owners Looking for Transport with Vehicle Owners

Load24x7 was founded by Lokesh Gupta and Vikas Sharma (while there are two other undisclosed founders) in August, 2015.

The android app has nearly 600 reviews on the Play Store. Read them here. In addition we speak to Lokesh Gupta, Cofounder, Load 24x7 to know more about the app.

Introduce Load 24x7 to us. What is it all about?

Load24x7 is an android mobile app to provide brokerage free, one to one approach between goods and vehicle owners. Bytes runs faster than word. Load24x7 broadens the connectivity and communication. In a flash, a user can post his availability to a network of 15,000 peoples (current Load 24x7 mobile app users). Now vehicle owners need not bind themselves in routes. On the Load24x7 app one can find goods and vehicles from all over India and to all over India. Very soon Load24x7 will become the only search engine for transporters.

Special features of the app

Every post uploaded for a particular route on Load24x7 sends an alert to five user’s transporters who have specified that route via text message and app notification.

One can easily search the transporter for a particular route by filter option.
One can add himself in the transporter directory through the mobile app which will be available in our directory.

Our innovative ‘packers & movers’ section allows users to get a quote from our app users. This is the unique platform where packers and movers can indicate his/her presence to the users searching for different locations.

Old commercial vehicle sale and purchase section is also a right approach to create a bestselling place.

How is it different to its competitors?

We don’t find our competitors anywhere because all the other apps working in the transportation field are directly involved in the deals. They have kept users deprived of transparency. Some may even charge per lead or commission in deals. They themselves are becoming booking agents or brokers and commission agents.

Load24x7 neither directly nor indirectly is involved in the deal. But it is open source and provides equal opportunities to all the users. Load24x7 is a transparent and fair mobile app.

Funding news

We have not raised any funds from outside. It’s four partners’ effort with their own money.

Future plans

At present we are operating from New Delhi which is our headquarters while the Mumbai office handles the west region. In coming months we are planning to open offices in 100 smart cities.

In the next 6 months, we hope to see the Load24x7 mobile app with the maximum number of live users in India.

Traction details – how has Load 24x7 grown?

With the efforts of Load24x7 team, we have reached 15,000+ mobile app users, 45000+ transporters enlisted in our directory, 4500+ packers and movers and 100+ advertisers.

Marketing plans

First of all, we are educating users about the app features and how they can benefit from it. So our marketing strategy is to get every transporter, vehicle owner and goods owner to use our app.

Challenges faced

Lack of education among transporters, less adaptability for technology due to the traditional way of working is the biggest hurdle. Still, 50% transporters are not using the android app but for them, we have our 24x7 customer care number.

Market size and opportunity

The transport industry is the backbone of the economy. 10 million peoples are directly or indirectly attached to the transportation business while large corporations like Tata, Birla, Reliance, Hinduja, Mahindra, Castrol, Elf, MRF and Dunlop are associated with the transport industry. So it is a very vast area and surely we will explore it too.
