TaxiVaxi: First Company That Breaks The Barriers Of Travelling And Ready To Take It To The Next Level

TaxiVaxi was founded in July 2015 by Neeraj Tayal, Ankit Gupta and Vinod Kumar and operations were launched in October 2015. TaxiVaxi is the first platform for booking Tour Taxis, Self Drive cars, Radio Taxis and Carpooling on one single application.

Till today, the startup has 15000+ user base, 20+ corporate clients, have done 3mn kms and Rs. 2 cr of topline. Today it has operations in 300 cities in India, one of the largest geographically.

Some of Pioneering work TaxiVaxi has done:

· One App for booking Radio Cabs, Outstation Taxi, Self Driver Cars and Carpool
· Ola, Uber and other radio taxi operator integration for Corporate segment.
· One Solution to corporate clients for Radio Cabs, Local Package Cars and Outstation Taxi
· One system for employee to book direct cabs and approval given by authority and every trip is monitored by the company
· Loyalty Program: User gets 1 point for every 5 Km travelled with TaxiVaxi
· The solution makes the road travel cashless and paperless for the company.

Functioning and Key Services

TaxiVaxi today has a team of 25 people from IIT, IIM and other premier institutes. The team is based out of Delhi, Pune and Mumbai currently. The company has plans to expand the infrastructure in new cities as well.

· Radio Taxi: TaxiVaxi is offering services in 100+ cities through tie-up with multiple radio taxi operators like Ola, Uber, Easy Cabs, Flash cabs, Apple Cabs, Magic Sewa etc.
· Local Package Cars: Presence in 300 cities with 150+ vendors and 20000+ cab inventory
· Outstation Cars: Presence in 300 cities with 150+ vendors and 20000+ cab inventory
· Self Driver Cars: Presence in 10 cities currently and expanding
· Car Pooling: Currently in NCR.

Differentiation Factors

· TaxiVaxi is the first App to offer all road travel solution at one app
· It is the first company to introduce cashless, paperless travel for corporate employees and this solution is bundled with Radio Taxi Services and Self drive services for corporate clients.
· TaxiVaxi launched the system where the employee can book cabs directly and take approval by senior authority. This way admin cost gets saved, every trip is monitored by the company and billing is transparent.
· TaxiVaxi has launched its own enterprise training and development module for drivers and cab operators to improve the services and quality for the clients.
· TaxiVaxi enterprise solution can bring the cost to company by 30% approx.

The cost savings happens through:

o Manpower cost saving since every booking and validation of bills happen on the system.
o The usage becomes transparent and hence saves on exaggerated claims of employees.
o Radio Taxi solution saves costs on other options of hiring private cabs.

Funding
The company till now has approval of funding for Rs. 4 crore (apprx). The funding is structured in nature and have been received from multiple HNI investors.

Monetization

TaxiVaxi charge fee from clients as well as take commission from its channel partners. For corporate clients the revenue is difference between its cost and the price TaxiVaxi bill its clients

· TaxiVaxi is planning to offer shuttle services, bike taxi, auto services and self drive vehicles to companies for employees.
· This is beneficial to companies in IT, Real estate, Call Center and all other sectors.
· All the other services shall also be cashless and paperless for employees and every trip and billing shall be monitored real time by the company online.
· This will further reduce the costs incurred by companies on the Travel.

Market Potential

The taxi market is a $15 billion market in India, and is continuously growing and expects to attract more players and investors in near future. The space is expanding at more than 25% annually, hopefully taking India to an age of efficient and inexpensive public transport.
