1. Kolkata-headquartered Wow! Momo, a chain of fast food restaurants, has raised a fresh investment of Rs 3 crore from William Bissell, Managing Director, FabIndia, puts the company's valuation at around Rs 300 crore.
2. Subscription-based micro delivery startup DailyNinja has raised $3 million in a fresh round of funding led by Saama Capital with participation from existing investor Sequoia Capital.
3. Investment firm and accelerator Axilor Ventures launched a $30 million seed fund to invest in pre-Series A and Series A deals.
4. Swiggy is in advanced talks to acquire micro-delivery platform, SuprDaily. The deal is expected to materialize in the next two-three weeks, reported Entrackr.
5. Truecaller has acquired the Indian payments app Chillr to strengthen its payments business in the country.
6. Paytm Mall has received the final tranche of about $225 million from SoftBank (pumped in ~$200M) and Alibaba (Invested $25M), reported TOI. This funding amount is a part of $445 million investment announced by SoftBank and Alibaba in Paytm Mall in April.
