UDGAM Incubator, a brainchild of Manish Gupta, Founder of JIMS Group of Institutions is calling applications for selection for its new batch of Incubation Program. The announcement was made at startup event organized by UDGAM at India Habitat Centre on Wednesday.
UDGAM’s incubation program is first of its kind in India. Under the program, the selected startups will first get an opportunity to be a part of UDGAM’s six week educational Program followed by an incubation of 6 months at Gurugram and Jaipur (Residential). Under Incubation UDGAM will provide startups with office space, assistance in marketing, networking, logistics, mentoring and recruitment. UDGAM may offer seed fund or angel fund to the projects incubated by it, if required.
Startups with adequate primary/secondary research about their business plan supported with proper facts and figures can apply for the program. However, applications at the ideation stage may also be considered. All they need to do is register at UDGAM.net to apply.
Talking at the event, Manish Gupta, Founder, JIMS and UDGAM said, “We plan to select startups from across verticals. The criteria for the selection remain market vision with a scalable ambition, a solid team committed to the project, creative ideas and capacity to grow.”
“Any startup with a basic prototype can apply for the program.”, he added.
Divya Gupta, CEO, UDGAM said, “Entrepreneurs come up with brilliant ideas but a lot of them need training for executing it. Helping them execute the idea is why we have started this one of its kind program in India.”
