Jagnoor Singh, the chief operating officer of offline centres at Unacademy, is serving his notice period and will be in a transition phase for the next six months, as per media reports.
The startup is unlikely to hire a replacement for Singh. Instead, co-founder Gaurav Munjal and newly-elevated co-founder Sumit Jain will oversee the offline business, according to media reports.
Earlier this month, the startup reportedly fired 250 employees in a fresh restructuring exercise.
Unacademy, led by Gaurav Munjal, is undergoing a significant overhaul. Weeks after its co-founder Hemesh Singh stepped away from the edtech giant, the company continues to make substantial changes.
