Aniket Kumar, Founder Staava Consultancy, in conversation with Meghna Shukla, BWBusinessworld talked about the concept of virtual CFO’s in India. Virtual CFO is somebody who looks after finance,legal issues, HR etc and comes at fraction of a cost.
He said at Staava, they have designed a structure which is centralized and where they can support multiple startups. In further conversation, he talked about why a startup needs a lawyer? What kind of a lawyer should a startup look for? He also talked about laws of ESOPS and intellectual property right.
