In December, 2017, Esri India, country's leading Geographic Information System (GIS) software and solutions provider, had announced GeoInnovation - a challenge for ‘startupreneurs’ who are building GIS technology-enabled startups, in partnership with Department of Science and Technology (DST). In an interaction with Sujata Sangwan of BW Businessworld, Agendra Kumar, President, Esri India spoke about the event, their initiatives for the startup ecosystem as well as shared future plans of the company.
