All Things Baby Closes Rs 300 Mn Series A Funding Round

The first round of investments will be utilised to accelerate ATB’s expansion across key business areas. The company plans to broaden its product range, strengthen its distribution network, and launch exclusive experiential retail stores across select metro cities across India

All Things Baby (ATB), a curated platform for mother and baby products, has raised Rs 300 million in a series A round from esteemed investors Richa Choksi and Inoventures, the family office of Manish Choksi.

Founded in 2016, All Things Baby claimed that it has been on a mission to provide Indian parents with high-quality, trusted, and curated baby care solutions from some of the world’s leading global and Indian brands. Operating profitably for the last five years, All Things Baby IPL is the exclusive distributor of over 25 iconic global baby brands in India.

The company’s first external investment will be strategically utilised to accelerate ATB’s expansion across key business areas, including broadening its product range, expanding its international brand portfolio, strengthening its distribution network, and scaling its omnichannel presence by launching exclusive experiential retail stores across leading metro cities in the country. ATB also plans to develop private labels, invest in new-age technology, and build a robust team to sustain operational excellence as it scales.

Tejal Bajla, Co-founder of All Things Baby, expressed her enthusiasm about the funding round,  “My mission has always been to build a brand that resonates with modern parents—one that combines trust, aesthetics, and innovation. This fundraise empowers us to amplify our marketing efforts, deepen our connection with families across India, and position All Things Baby as a global benchmark in premium parenting solutions.”

In February 2024, ATB started its first flagship retail store in Bangalore, further solidifying its omnichannel presence. The brand is endorsed by influential parents like Neha Dhupia, Bipasha Basu and Masoom Miniwala.

Manish Choksi, Chief Investment Officer of Inoventures, said, “All Things Baby’s strong leadership, unique approach, and scalable model make it a standout player in India’s parenting market. We are thrilled to support their vision and look forward to being part of their journey as they continue to innovate and grow.”
