According to a media report, Venture capital firm Celesta Capital sold 3.57 lakh shares of drone manufacturer ideaForge in a bulk deal on June 18, 2024, for Rs 27.46 crore. The shares were sold at Rs 768.08 each, media report reveals.
Investors such as Graviton Research, QE Securities, and HRTI bought the shares, a media report suggests. Following the transaction, ideaForge's stock ended Tuesday’s trading session 6.7 per cent higher at Rs 830.85 on the BSE.
Founded in 2007 by Ankit Mehta, Ashish Bhat, Rahul Singh, and Vipul Joshi, ideaForge manufactures UAV systems for inspection, surveillance, and mapping. The startup, which went public in June 2023, recently reported a 30 per cent sequential decline in net profit to Rs 10.3 crore for Q4 FY24.
Other investors, including Aakraya Research and NK Securities, executed bulk deals worth Rs 136.3 crore, as per a media report.
