The round was led by Jaipuria Family Office and Quadrant, with support from existing investors such as 9unicorn, DSGCP, Wipro Consumer, Vcats, Agility, Sharp Ventures, and NB Ventures. This new capital will enable the company to transition to completely sugar-free formulations, launch a zero-sugar range, and upgrade its existing products to cater to the growing demand for healthier alternatives in the wellness sector.
The funds will also support Power Gummies’ expansion into holistic wellness products under its parent company Aesthetic Nutrition, marking a significant shift from its core gummy offerings. The brand plans to diversify its portfolio with products such as Hair Growth Styling Serum, All-in-One Face Serum, a Korean Collagen Peptide beauty drink, Daily Fiber Sachets for digestive health, and tailored protein supplements for men and women. These new offerings aim to provide comprehensive wellness solutions for a broader audience, with a focus on inside-out health.
To further solidify its growth, Power Gummies is set to enter international markets, expanding into Dubai under the Aesthetic Nutrition brand and into the UK as Power Chew. As part of its restructuring, the company has promoted Kapil Mittal (Chief Strategy Officer) and Ankita Chaudhary (Chief Operating Officer) to the role of co-founders, reinforcing its leadership team for the next phase of growth.
Divij Bajaj, Founder of Power Gummies, expressed gratitude to investors for their support amid challenging market conditions.
