DroneAcharya Penalised By BSE For Late Submission Of Financials: Report

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has fined Pune-based drone startup DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations for delaying the submission of its financial statements for the fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24), as per media reports.

According to an exchange filing, DroneAcharya disclosed that the BSE imposed a fine of Rs 5,900 for the late submission of its standalone and consolidated financial results for FY24. The startup reported its financial results on May 31, 2024. Initially, the board meeting to approve these statements was scheduled for May 29, 2024, but extended to May 30 to finalise the results.
