Jagdish Mitra has introduced his latest venture, Humanize, an industry-first GenAI-powered Industrial SaaS startup, and has received an undisclosed investment from NLB Services, a global technology and digital talent solutions provider.
Most of the funding will be directed towards scaling technology, R&D, developing the AI platform, creating Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and workforce expansion. While Humanize will offer a sector-agnostic portfolio, its focus will remain on AI-led Industrial SaaS solutions across BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology & Media, and Automotive sectors.
"Humanize's sole objective is to accelerate time-to-market for enterprises. We do it by harnessing the power of two technology hotspots - AI and SaaS (Low-code/No-code)," said Mitra, Founder & CEO of Humanize. "We believe the future of tech services will be AI-driven, and our AI IP will ensure agility and innovation. With NLB Services as our partner, we aim to onboard 80-100 customers and build a team of 800-1000 people within the first five years."
Sachin Alug, CEO of NLB Services, commented, "AI deployment needs to gain momentum, and Humanize is set to redefine the course with its AI-integrated SaaS stack. This investment allows us to expand our portfolio and collaborate with our global clients."
Humanize’s platform integrates AI with SaaS, aiming to reduce implementation time by 15-20 pet cent through zero-touch design and customization. It will initially focus on India, the Middle East, and the U.S., with plans to expand into Southeast Asia, Germany, the Nordics, and beyond, aligning with the Indian Government’s Viksit Bharat Scheme.
