BookMyInterest, a marketplace for hobbies and leisure activities. With this move, Giftxoxo aims to leverage the customer base of BookMyInterest as well as its partner network to enhance its current offering. The combined entity will also be better poised to further drive the demand in the curated activities and experiences space in India.
Since the launch of its Beta Web version in February this year, BookMyInterest has emerged as one of the leading search facilitators of verified and rated service providers catering to various interests & hobbies. It has a vast database of activities and experiences, from cooking classes to fitness programmes, hikes and expeditions to dance classes.

Nreach Online Services Pvt Ltd. owned GiftXoXo was founded in 2012 by Sumit Khandelwal, Manoj Agarwal, Abhishek Kumar and Kushal Agrawal and has around 140 employees. The company’s efforts have been directed towards providing unique, exclusive and personalized experiences to their customers. The company is one of the leaders in the field of Appreciation Management, Rewards & Recognition, Incentives and Employee Engagement through experiences from various categories including gourmet, adventure, tours & getaways, health & wellness, arts & learning and philanthropy. These experiences and activities can also be booked from the location based mobile app Frogo or gifted via the website Giftxoxo.com. The company has been expanding its offerings and business for over 4 years and is headquartered in Bangalore with regional offices in New Delhi and Mumbai.
This is the company’s second acqui-hire in eight months. In October 2015, Giftxoxo acqi-hired another city-based startup Yipeedo that helps Bengalureans discover and book leisure activities. Also in January 2016, it had acquired Actizone, an online portal to discover extra-curricular activities, for an undisclosed amount.
