EduAce Services, a co-scholastic learning partner for schools, headquartered in Lucknow, in a press conference, announced that the company has secured $1 million in its first round of seed funding from Momagic, a New Delhi based leading mobile Internet market and app ecosystem major. Rishnik Consultants is the fund raising advisor to both the companies.
Speaking with press during the announcement the Founder & CEO, EduAce Services, Gaurava Yadav, expressed his happiness towards securing the highest ever investment secured by any startup in Lucknow, further indicated that the funds will be utilized towards school learning programmes, expanding operations PAN India.
