Motilal Oswal MF Sells 2.8 Cr Zomato Shares, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs Among Buyers

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund divested its stake in Zomato for Rs 646 crore through an open market transaction, according to PTI. 

The fund sold over 2.84 crore shares, representing a 0.3 percent stake in the online food delivery aggregator, at an average price of Rs 226.85 each.

Axis Mutual Fund, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Goldman Sachs, Matthews Asia, Morgan Stanley, Hong Kong-based Optimas Capital Management and Polar Capital were among the buyers.
