Nodwin Gaming, backed by Nazara Technologies, has acquired Trinity Gaming in a deal valued at Rs 24 crore ($2.8 million). This acquisition marks a major expansion of Nodwin 's reach and capabilities within the Indian gaming and content ecosystem, as Trinity Gaming becomes a fully owned subsidiary of Nodwin .
The deal involves a combination of a secondary sale and stock swap, with a total consideration of up to Rs 24 crore payable partly in cash (Rs 4.8 crore) and the remainder (Rs 19.2 crore) in Nodwin Gaming equity shares. As part of the transaction, the founders of Trinity Gaming will become shareholders in NODWIN and continue to lead the business.
Founded in 2019 by Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming is a key player in India's gaming influencer space. As a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and the only Gaming MCN (Multi-Channel Network) for YouTube in India, Trinity manages over 1,000 creators nationwide and has built strong partnerships with global brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton.
Nodwin Gaming sees Trinity's expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activations as a valuable addition to its portfolio, helping it forge stronger partnerships with gaming creators and brands. The acquisition also paves the way for Nodwin to expand Trinity's reach into emerging markets like Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East while merging its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity’s operations. The founders of Trinity will continue leading this expanded initiative.
