Nykaa Fashion CEO Nihir Parikh Steps Down After Nearly A Decade

Parikh joined Nykaa in 2015 as Chief Strategy Officer, progressing to Chief Business Officer in 2016

Nihir Parikh, CEO of Nykaa Fashion, has resigned, effective immediately, according to FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of Nykaa. The resignation, announced on Thursday, December 5, was attributed to personal commitments. Parikh’s departure marks the end of a nearly decade-long association with the company.  

“Nihir Parikh has resigned effective December 5, 2024, on account of personal commitments. He has been relieved from the services w.e.f. close of business hours of December 5, 2024,” FSN E-Commerce Ventures stated in its regulatory filing.  

The company acknowledged Parikh's pivotal role in its growth journey, stating, "The company places on record its appreciation for the invaluable contribution provided by Nihir Parikh during his long association over the years."  

Reflecting on his tenure, Parikh expressed gratitude for his time at Nykaa. "I leave with a heart full of gratitude. A huge thank you to Falguni Nayar for her unwavering support and trust in me. It has been an absolute privilege to work alongside her," he said.  

Parikh joined Nykaa in 2015 as Chief Strategy Officer, progressing to Chief Business Officer in 2016. He later served as CEO of NykaaMan and Head of Retail before taking the helm at Nykaa Fashion in 2023.
