Get My Parking is a New Delhi based Startup founded by Chirag Jain and Rasik Pansare, who are alumnus of IIT Madras and FMS Delhi respectively. It creates cloud based mobile parking technology which makes real time parking information accessible for both, the supply and demand side.
The startup has received funding of Rs 2.5 crore from The Chennai Angels, a Chennai based group of experienced investors. Sudhir Rao of IndusAge Partners led the investment from The Chennai Angels.
A 25 member strong team, Get My Parking has already begun the parking revolution with its mobile app which empowers self-driving users to search, book and navigate to parking hassle-free. It saves the user time, fuel and energy and reduces urban traffic congestion. Their data centric approach gives them insights into the urban transport landscape, which can be utilized in better urban policy making and efficient infrastructural use for smart cities.
Get My Parking was recently appointed by Delhi Daredevils to make parking information accessible to incoming match spectators at Feroz Shah Kotla stadium. They are also providing smart parking technology to the currently happening Simhasth Kumbh Mela in Ujjain.
Another problem public faces is overcharging by existing operators and exploitation by illegal parking operators. Public has no information access and this app brides that gap. “We only show legal parking lots with accurate information. This gives user convenience while saving time, fuel and energy”, says Rasik Pansare. The app is available for
