Steve Jobs was a technological as well as business genius and visionary. His work has changed the world and will continue to inspire all of us for the rest of our life. Steve Jobs founded Apple in 1976 . At present Apple is one of the biggest company in computer manufacturing industry. At the time of his death in 2011, Steve Jobs' net worth was estimated at $10.2 billion. His estate was estimated to be worth roughly $19 billion in 2015.
Here are some of his rules of success for the startups:- Don't live a limited life- ‘Put a dent in the universe’ According to Steve ‘life is much more than whatever we do in our normal life’. In life everything that surrounds us, was someone else's vision which ultimately made our lives easier. We can build our own things that others people can use that is Life.
Have passion- ‘It's your passion for work what separates you from ordinary to successful’. If you love your work you will enjoy and will never quit. Steve believes that everyone should be assigned only with that work which he or she enjoys otherwise it will not come out. "Only those people with passion for work can change the world for the better."
Design for yourself- ‘One should always Sell dreams, not products’. This can only be done by capturing imagination because by this you really can understand your customer. If you design something and you yourself don't find it useful, then how will it turn out helpful for your customers.
Don't sell crap- ‘Create insanely different experiences’. Brand are born when any firm concentrates on its best products and on the other hand focus and work on the upliftment of other products. It's the products offered by the firm which creates a totally different experience for the customers.
Build a great team- ‘People with a broad set of life experiences can often see things that others miss’. According to jobs workforce of your firm is a team, you are it's captain now it's your duty how to get best out of them. Workforce is something that can help you turns a vision into reality.
Don't do it for the money- Do your best and Strive to become a market leader. Customer satisfaction is what every firm should work for not the money.Yes money is important at every step for the firm's survival,diversification,growth point of view but success can only be achieved by maximizing level of customers satisfaction.
Start small, think big and should always focus on the outcome- A journey of thousand miles is only completed by combining many small steps. Once should not worry about many things at specific time period, Slow and steady wins the race. Start working on the small things , concentrate on big once and should always focus on the end outcomes.
