Agritech Startup Agrim Raises $17.3 Mn In Series B Round

The company will use the funds to expand its operations across the country and will strengthen its technology

Agri-inputs platform AGRIM raised USD 17.3 million in a Series B funding round led by Asia Impact. The round also saw participation from existing investors while Unitus Capital acted as the financial advisor for the transaction.  The company will use the funds to expand its operations across the country and will strengthen its technology, as per media reports.

The company has raised USD 65.9 thousand in Series A funding round in 2023 and was valued at USD 47.2 million. Agrim claimed that it currently offers more than 30,000 SKUs from 1,200 manufacturers to 25,000 retailers which serve and educate 15 million farmers, according to the company.

Mukul Garg, a second-time entrepreneur who has earlier co-founded the travel app Tripigator in 2013, founded Agrim, a B2B Agri-Input e-commerce marketplace that brings small retailers and manufacturers on one platform, along with Avi Jain in April 2020.  

The company, which provides retail services for agriculture products and agri-input retailers had reported revenue of Rs 159 crore for FY22-23 compared to Rs 65.1 crore in FY21-22, as per media reports.
