The Wellness Co., a luxury wellness centers- has obtained a 30 per cent equity investment from EasyMyTrip, one of the country’s foremost online travel aggregators. The investment is worth a reported Rs 60 crore. for a 30 per cent equity stake in Rollins International, the parent company of The Wellness Co.
This strategic partnership marks a pivotal moment for The Wellness Co. as it seeks to enhance its presence in the burgeoning health and wellness tourism sector, which is gaining traction in both domestic and international travel markets.
This investment allows The Wellness Co. to enhance its expansion in major urban areas throughout India and abroad, taking advantage of the rising global interest in wellness tourism. Travelers who prioritise health are increasingly looking for comprehensive, luxurious wellness offerings that extend beyond mere relaxation, emphasizing recovery, rejuvenation, and preventive health measures.

The investment will empower The Wellness Co. to expand and refine its portfolio of advanced, medically supervised treatments, including whole-body cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), IV Drip Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Normatec Compression Therapy. These services are tailored to enhance both physical and mental well-being, focusing on recovery, inflammation reduction, and overall health improvement.
The Wellness Co. currently runs flagship centers in Gurugram, New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. Following an investment from EaseMyTrip, the company aims to broaden its reach into new cities such as Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai, as well as expand into international markets, including the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
