EBCC & Staava Workshop for Manufacturing Startups & SMEs at Jagdishpur, Uttar Pradesh
Emerging Businesses Chamber of Commerce is organizing a State Level Vendor Development Programme in association with Micro Small & Medium Enterprise- Development Institute, Allahabad and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). This will be a State Level Vendor development programme and exhibition-cum buyer-sellers meet at EBCC Office, Jagdishpur Industrial Area, Jagdishpur on October 4, 2016. This Programme is being Jointly organized with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Jagdishpur (BHEL) and Emerging Businesses Chamber of Commerce. Uniserve Knowledge Foundation (UKF) and Staava Consultancy Private Limited are supporting this event as knowledge Partner.
This Vendor Development Programme is aimed to bring big large buyers and SMEs together. On one hand it aims to assure BHEL and other large buyers about competencies and commitment of Local SMEs and on the other hand it aims to educate local entrepreneurs about requirements of BHEL and educate them about Vendor Registration Processes and Government policies.
Emerging Businesses Chamber of Commerce is an organization dedicated to serving local entrepreneurs and building local competencies in Jagdishpur for prosperous growth of the area and the State of Uttar Pradesh. CMA Rakesh, Chairman ASSOCHAM, Uttar Pradesh and Chairman Governance & Audit Committee of CAPA will be Chief Guest for the event. He will represent ASSOCHAM in this event. EBCC President, Shri Maqsood Ahmed Khan has worked tirelessly to organize this event and is in control of logistics and organization of this event. He has founded EBCC to help local entrepreneurs.
Shri Kumar Aniket, Secretary General, EBCC has pledge support of Staava Consultancy and UKF to EBCC. Staava Consultancy Private Limited is an organization dedicated to promotion of domestic entrepreneurship. Its Founder Kumar Aniket, introduced the concept of Virtual CFO to the Country. He was responsible for building Financial and Legal Strategy of startups like jabong.com, fabfurnish.com, About Face. Team Staava was instrumental is designing India Entry Strategy of several Multinational Companies like OCS Group (UK), About Face etc. Now Staava and UKF are supporting EBCC as knowledge partner to provide finance & legal support system to domestic SMEs to make them ready for sustainable growth.
The programme aims to give a platform to the MSME vendors and the large buyers including BHEL, SAIL and other big Industries of Jagdishpur Area. It will focus on promotion of local competencies and capacity building.
Local Entrepreneurs and SMES of the Jagdishpur Industrial area are likely to participate in the event and showcase their requirements and will assess the competencies of the potential MSMEs participating in the event.
During the programme details on vendor registration procedures of respective PSUs/ PSEs will be explained by the officials representing major enterprises. Financial schemes available for existing MSMEs for diversification, modernization and expansion will also be included.
