Months after leaving fintech company BharatPe, Ankur Jain launched his new startup, Jivi AI, which is based on generative AI (GenAI) technology. The startup aims to use generative AI to improve healthcare outcomes for eight billion people, Jain said in a LinkedIn post.
Jivi AI is led by a team of professionals from Ivy League colleges, including physicians, data scientists, engineers and designers, who are dedicated to leveraging AI to transform healthcare.
Jain has previously been involved in the AI space as the co-founder and CEO of Instalocate, a California-based startup that offered an AI assistant for automating daily activities. Several former executives of BharatPe have also started their own ventures recently. Jain's reentry into the AI space aligns with the growing investments in the Indian generative AI market, which is expected to surpass USS 17 billion by 2030.
