Investmint Halts Trading To Pursue Mergers And Acquisitions: Report

Signal-based trading app Investmint has ceased its operations to concentrate on a merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy, according to a media report. The company, unable to establish a reliable business model, has withdrawn Investmint as a product.

As per media reports, despite attracting significant user interest and retaining funds from their last fundraising round, Investmint struggled to generate revenue. In October 2022, the company raised USD 2 million in seed funding led by Nexus Venture Partners.

Founded in February 2022 by Aakash Goel and Mohit Chitlangia, Investmint aimed to simplify stock market operations for everyday investors by offering user-friendly trading and investment products based on data-driven strategies.
