Neuron7.ai Raises $44 Mn From Smith Point Capital, Existing Investors

Neuron7.ai, a cloud-based service intelligence platform, has secured USD 44 million in Series B funding, with the round led by Smith Point Capital, the investment firm founded by former Salesforce Co-CEO Keith Block.
The financing also saw participation from existing backers, including Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures. With this, Neuron7.ai's total funding now exceeds USD 63 million.

Neuron7.ai’s platform focuses on improving resolution accuracy for service teams by integrating with CRM systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and SAP, guiding users through complex problem-solving with precise instructions.
Based in San Jose, California, Neuron7.ai has experienced significant growth, tripling its annual recurring revenue (ARR) over the last year and expanding its client base across industries like medical devices and industrial equipment.
With plans to scale operations further, including a major hub in Bangalore, Neuron7 aims for 10x growth in 2024. The company is also focusing on expanding its team in data science, NLP, and engineering, recruiting from top institutions like IITs and IISc.
