Zaiuto” has now expanded its reach to Bangalore in association with Rescue 24/7, which is a Bangalore based roadside assistance service provider.
In this fast paced world where time is limited, people need quick fixes for their car issues. Already providing 24 * 7 services across Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon, Zaiuto enables car support and assistance services with an ETA (Estimated Arrival Time) of 30 minutes. Zaiuto which aggregates trusted car workshops, RSAs and OEM workshops has a business app module on Android devices that enables mechanics from Rescue 24/7 to directly accept customer requests. While the on-demand road side assistance is currently applicable to cars, it will also be available for bikes soon.

Earlier in May 2016, Zaiuto had partnered with San Francisco startup, Zendrive to provide collision detection alerts by sending exact location coordinates of the crash for any accidents above the speed of 50kmph. Zaiuto leverages Zendrive’s ground breaking technology to provide much needed relief to roads where speeding drivers are abundant.
Zaiuto’s app is very easy to use, as customers just need to tap ‘help” on their Android smartphones and within few minutes Zaiuto’s partner mechanics will reach the location to get their cars back on the road in no-time. The free-to-use app works on a disruptive model similar to UBER/OLA and promises faster ETAs, mechanic transparency with customers only needing to pay when they avail any service.
