NextEra SofTech LLP is a startup incorporated in May, 2016, after intensive study & research they started working on Project since December, 2016 and finally went Live on April 14th, 2017.

Being in the real estate industry for such a long time, they realized the difficulties people faced with incorrect and incomplete addresses, leading them to discover a way to locate or communicate any address in simplest way ever.
Excerpts from the interview:BW: What are you unique key feature/services that make you stand out from your competitors?Ans: LinCodes “Location Index Number” is a well-defined Digital Addressing System for India that can transform PinCodes in a detailed and convenient manner, that divides the entire country into a grid of 10ft X10ft squares for easy accessibility, with each square assigned a unique 12-digit address in numerical form like that Aadhaar, leading to a very well-defined system to locate or communicate any location.
This method also provides a defined and amazingly simple way to lead anybody to a particular location, as every place & every corner now has an easy & precise address instead of a long conventional address. One can search for any location, or generate a LinCode for a particular location and share it with anybody else. One can also reach to the destination using its Direction to LINCODE feature.
One can save and create a list of multiple LinCodes for frequent use, and based on privacy settings, people can view & access these saved locations, which can easily lead them to the exact location.
BW: How is it different from existing ones in this sector?LinCodes is conceptualized to cop up with address related problems of our country, and we are Pioneer in its category of product at present in India.
Though there are few mapping & navigation service apps available but through these apps one can search or find address for any already addressed location based on area, street, colony, building name. But LinCodes assigned a digital address to an unaddressed location too which can be search, locate or communicate in very simple manner.
BW: What is the funding status of your startup currently?At this stage with the ready product we decided to launch & market it first and have not exercised for any kind of fund raising yet.
What is your monetization model that you have been following so far?
LinCodes App is free and will always be free, but we are working on few new features which can be availed through its Pro (Paid) version.
BW: What are your future plans of your startup?We have many new features in pipeline which can help LinCodes to retain its large user base. Some of new features are: Premium LinCodes (Number/Name), Location Tracker, Create Circle – Of Office staffs, family and friends; Share location within Circle with time flexibility- Share your current location within circle with defined time frame by users, Chat within Circle, Merchant Offers, SOS for Emergency Alert.
BW: What kind of challenges you faced initially?Non-Expertise of mapping technology, research about map & technology, unique Number allotment in such a way to make it easy & compact, indirect but Giant competitors
BW: How do you plan to make it user friendly?LinCodes is helpful to all, from a Common man to Industry or to Government. A huge market to deal with as Mobile & Internet in everyone’s reach: According to a study done by ASSOCHAM- Deloitte- With increased 4G and 3G penetration, India is expected to have 600 million internet users by 2020, Currently, India has nearly 343 million internet users.
India is the second largest mobile phone market globally with over 1 billion mobile subscriptions. Of this, smart phone users account for approximately 240 million subscriptions which is expected to grow to 520 million by 2020, adds the study.
