Binny Bansal, Co-founder of Flipkart and xto10x, recently takes to social media to announce the launch of the xto10x IPO Academy, aimed at helping startup founders prepare for public listings.
Drawing from his experience scaling Flipkart, Bansal remarks, "I personally never had the privilege of taking a company public as a founder, but as an active investor and advisor, I’m excited to see many founders preparing for an IPO."
With India potentially seeing as many as 75 IPOs in the next few years, Bansal acknowledges that many founders remain unprepared for the complexities of going public. "This is a fantastic opportunity for our ecosystem to build the next generation of enduring businesses," he added.
The xto10x IPO Academy will feature industry stalwarts, post-IPO founders, and investors, offering insights through playbooks and personalised guidance. The initiative will kick off with a session by Mohandas Pai on September 13, titled "Setting Higher Standards to Build Enduring Public Companies."
