Titan Capital has raised Rs 200 crore for its SEBI-registered Category-II AIF, the Winners Fund. Backed by co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, who are early pioneers of India’s startup ecosystem, Titan Capital has invested in over 250 companies since 2011, including Urban Company, Mamaearth, and Razorpay.

The Winners Fund is set to invest in the follow-on rounds of standout companies from its seed portfolio. Commenting on the fundraise, Bahl and Bansal said, “With the Titan Capital Winners Fund, we can more significantly support the founders of our portfolio companies in subsequent rounds of capital raises, further strengthening Titan Capital's partnership with them.”

Led by CFO Chetan H Rana and VP Shiv Kapoor, the team managed to close the fundraise in under six months despite a challenging market environment. The company credited its LPs, including prominent family offices, CEOs, and founders, and thanked Sanctum Wealth for their role as distribution partners.
