Normally thousands of agencies do the same thing but this particularly makes sures that they help various new startups to convey their brand stories through animated videos, in the budget that suits their pocket.

The company basically find solutions that reduce the production time & manpower involved yet deliver a video that conveys the brand story.

The startup uses two DIY tools to make animated videos and continuously adding more tools to offer varied types of videos to clients.

The most important key feature is the company delivers affordable animated video with strict adherence to deadlines.

I was personally working with few startups as a brand consultant. We were constantly trying new methods of marketing. And with the growth of video marketing I thought of making some videos but I found that it will be a costly affair which these small businesses can’t afford. I tried finding solutions & came across few Do-It-Yourself Tools that are good enough to convey a powerful story. Just for the sake of testing & trying new things, I made few videos for my clients & they loved it. I thought if they loved it then so will be other startups who want a video but don’t have deeper pockets. I started CrispTalks and surprisingly till today we are growing organically. We handle end-to-end process starting from script writing to animation production.

Challenges Faced

The biggest challenge is forming a team that grows with the growing needs of market and have the potential to learn as per requirements.

Monetization and Marketing Plans

We are bundling three services – Script writing, voiceover & animation.

We plan to grow things organically with a very small investment on paid marketing mediums with measurable ROI.

Funding And Traction Details

We are currently Bootstrapped. We are self-sustainable as of now & the focus is on building a business that organically grows because it is filling a gap rather than serving a crowded sphere.

From our inception, we have served 200+ clients. The focus is to building atleast 50 videos a month in the next 12 months. I truly don’t believe in making 5 yr plans but rather the focus is on attaining smaller goals & steering the business as per changing requirements.

Market Size And Opportunity

Video is becoming a critical information source for senior executives. According to Forbes, more than 80% said they are watching more online video today than they were a year ago. This seriously ensures that market size and opportunity is growing for us every single day. We are targeting globally & currently have mix of domestic & international clients (predominantly from US & UK).
