Fadfudge offers On-Demand food ordering and delivery services which started its operations in November 2015 by Sandeep Gupta, Soumyajit Pande, Saradindu Samal.

The startup offers a unique concept of on-demand food ordering & delivery that build the nexus between you and best restaurants in your vicinity.

The company is running own logistic with contract & few permanent delivery fleets both in Bangalore & Gurgaon on order basis pay.

The company also have tie ups with 3rd party logistic services company Quickli in Gurgaon and RoadRunnr (Now Runnr) in Bangalore & Gurgaon.

Idea Generation

We always wanted to do something of our own; working for oneself gives great sense of satisfaction. Food is one of the essential things that everyone needs to survive, to enjoy, to live and be healthy. Market is vast with food customer base and food technology is flourishing,
Since there are couple of players available but we found the ecosystem is completely broken (well-funded organization getting failed in execution in food sector) that forced us to think and solve it very efficient way.

Special Features


The innovations and features are multi-facet. The important features we are piloting are :-

1- We delivered pre-order which is 2 hour before restaurant's opening time. This will give more flexible for customers to plan accordingly.

2- Option for pickup/take away from restaurants by customers where customer no needs to pay any delivery fee.

3- No Min order size for customers for Alpha Order

4- We are delivering food within 45-50 min of time only in Case Alpha Order

I would say it’s not completely unique or new idea it’s all about execution but we have certain things keeping in our mind during execution that will distinguish us from others. Funding Status

Fadfudge is bootstrapped from founding team, friends & family. We’re under discussion with few consumer internet potential investors hope fully we will close the deal soon.

Food segment is like a slow elephant and if we forced to run which will again a major problem. We are growing organically and need to get a sustainable business model for long run.

Monetization Models

We have various subscription for logistic, It’s Alpha, Beta & Gama order.

Alpha order – Fadfudge delivery fleet managed the delivery - we charged 20-22% commission from outlet owner.
Beta Order – Restaurant's itself managed the delivery – we charged 10-12% commission from outlet owner.
Gama order – It’s pick up or takeaway order by Customer – we charged 8 % commission from outlet owner.
Currently Our Average. Order size = Rs.320/- to Rs.350/-
We are working to bring other monetize model from logistic, like Advertising on delivery fleet Bags and promoting newly launched restaurants.

Traction Details

Currently we’re operating both Bangalore & Gurgaon cities.
Bangalore – 350+ Vendor ties up – End of Q2 we are targeting 600 Vendors
Gurgaon – 200 + Vendor ties up - End of Q2 we are targeting 400-500 Vendors

We’re delivering 120-135 orders per day on average from both the cities.
Targeting 500 orders per day end of Q2.

Market Size And Opportunity

Every age group, bachelors, family, student and corporates are our customers. As we are in food tech and we have tie-up with all kind of restaurants so anybody can place the order from our website and mobile applications.
