Safeguard - Women Security App Against Phone Stalkers

Here’s a women security app that addresses the problem of phone romeos and reduces women harassment using latest voice-morphing technology in real-time. The product and concept was developed by an innovative, Noida-based company called Voxomos which has been founded by IIT graduates, an IIT-Delhi professor and senior Telecom professionals. This will be launched initially in Rajasthan and will be launched pan India soon. Safeguard is an app that prevents women’s identity from unknown callers. How did you manage to fund this idea?

It is self-funded.

What is this app all about? How does it work? How is it different from its competitors?

Safeguard prevents women’s identity from unknown callers. Whenever a woman gets an unknown call, the app converts the female voice to male voice in real time. The woman can switch back to her normal voice anytime during the call. Safeguard is a unique app. There is no such app existing now.

Is this chargeable app and would be launched across how many platforms? Which all cities do you plan to launch?

Yes, this will be a paid service. Currently, this app will be available for android and feature phones users. We are starting with Rajasthan in a few months. Later, we look forward to take it PAN India and then globally.

How do you plan to launch the app?

We are launching it in partnership with Telecom Company.
